Meet Shrub & Co

Shrub & Co was founded to reinvigorate the use of shrubs in the libationary arts.  We co-create our products with bartenders we love and respect.  We value experimentation and discovery but have a healthy respect for the classics.  Our recipes are authentic – we’ve revived shrubs from the golden age of the cocktail.  We source organic fruit, local whenever possible.  You won’t require a degree in food science to read our labels.  We never compromise on quality and our products will always be handcrafted.
