3/4 oz Shrub & Co Honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Build ingredients in Collins glass with cucumber slices. Top with prosecco or sparkling wine. Garnish with thyme and serve.

3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz Shrub & Co Tart Apple
2 dashes Bar Keep Apple Bitters
2 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters
Stir, strain, express lemon swath & discard around lip of Collins glass. Serve with 1 oz shot of New Holland Dragon’s milk.
