Bee’s Knees

Shrub & Co

2 oz gin
3/4 oz Shrub & Co Honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz. thyme infused Pimm’s No.1
3/4 oz. Shrub & Co Grapefruit
Prosecco

Build ingredients in Collins glass with cucumber slices.  Top with prosecco or sparkling wine.  Garnish with thyme and serve.

1.5 oz Campo de Encanto Pisco
.75 oz Grapefruit Shrub
.25 oz fresh lime juice

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.  Garnish as desired.

Swedish Hit

1.5 oz Cathead Vodka
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Shrub and Co Grapefruit
.25 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
.25 oz Cane Sugar Syrup

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake, double strain into a coupe. Drink Deeply.

1 oz Velvet Falernum
.75 oz Shrub & Co Grapefruit
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of Bittermens Burlesque Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into glass.

1 oz Shrub & Co Grapefruit
1/4 oz Cynar
dash of Angostura bitters

Build over ice in mixing glass, stir, strain into glass – dash of bitters and flame of orange.

Ginger Margarita

2 oz Patrón Silver Tequila
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Shrub & Co Spicy Ginger
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Add ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.  Shake well, strain into glass and garnish with a slice of candied ginger.

2 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
3/4 oz Shrub & Co Tart Apple
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
3 drops of Bittermens Hellfire Shrub

Build ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.  Shake well and strain into chilled glass.

Sir Isaac’s Pleasure

Shrub & Co

2 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz Shrub & Co Tart Apple
1/4 oz St. Germain
Splash of lemon juice
2 dashes of Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock bitters

Stir ingredients well over ice in a mixing glass, strain into glass & garnish as desired.

 

Buckshot Bomb

Shrub & Co

2 oz New Holland Beer Barrel Bourbon
3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz Shrub & Co Tart Apple
2 dashes Bar Keep Apple Bitters
2 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters

Stir, strain, express lemon swath & discard around lip of Collins glass.  Serve with 1 oz shot of New Holland Dragon’s milk.
