Shrub & Co Spicy Ginger has been a favorite of the team since we began this experiment. The flavor can’t be compared easily to its cousins – ginger beer, ginger ale, or ginger syrup. Shrub & Co’s elixir is more complex and layered: the spice of the ginger comes through, its bite enhanced by the vinegar, but balanced perfectly by the cane sugar. Learn More

This year’s batch is made from a delicious and aromatic mix of organic Braeburn and Jonagold apples. We started with a number of different varieties on their own, and then experimented with blends. After several batches, we decided that the combination of Braeburn and Jonagold creates a perfect shrub. Like biting into a fresh apple on a cool fall day. Learn More
