If you receive a Shrub & Co item that is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Please provide a photo and explanation of the damage. Shrub & Co will be happy to either refund or replace your item at no charge.
We want you to enjoy our shrubs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can either send you a replacement or refund your purchase.
If you prefer a refund, Shrub & Co will issue a refund (minus shipping charges) within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
If you have goods to return, we will send you a return label.
If you prefer to exchange your item, please let us know and we will send a return label to you via email, and then ship the requested item.
